This project is my family primary residence and the fullfilling a dream of my wife and I to live closer to nature and with a view of the ocean. We got lucky finding this very unique parcel of land with spectacular south and west facing exposure with a sweeping view of the San Juan islands and butted up to the Blanchard State forrest. The house is two stories with the main house located on the second floor that is only accessabile via an exterior staircase. The bottom level features the 1 bedroom ADU with it's own entrance, a large mechanical room and a yoga studio with it's own entrance as well. The highlight of the property is the two story deck that is pinned into a massive rock jetting out of the property like a tooth. The deck features a sauna and cold plung and fire pit and covered couches on the first level and then an open area to lounge on the rootop deck and take in amazing sunrises and sunsets all year long.
